Michelle founded Imprint in 2009 with the mission of helping individuals and organizations leave a meaningful imprint on our world. She began her career in multicultural education before transitioning to coaching, consulting, and entrepreneurship. She is an award-winning teacher and a member of Axialent's faculty network, a global consulting firm that is the leader in conscious business transformation.
As a coach, Michelle works with individuals, teams, and organizations to realize their goals while keeping their values aligned with their vision. She designs and delivers innovative leadership development programs to corporations and is a strategist on large-scale organizational change initiatives. She consults on corporate culture transformation, where she bridges gaps between people from diverse backgrounds while emphasizing human potential and mindfulness.
Michelle works nationally and internationally with executives, managers, and teams in Fortune 500 companies, privately held companies, and non-profit sectors. She is experienced in the following industries: manufacturing, technology, education, and consumer products. She speaks on mindfulness and compassion at work and is a contributing author to the anthology Compassion@Work: Creating Workplaces that Engage the Human Spirit.
Michelle completed her professional coach training through Coach University and is a PCC credentialed member of the International Coaches Federation. She is also a graduate of Coaches Training Institute’s Intensive Leadership program. She earned her Master of Education in Curriculum Development from Lesley University. She is certified in Life Styles Inventory, Life Styles Inventory with Item Level Feedback (360), Organizational Culture Inventory, Organizational Effectiveness Inventory, Conscious Business, and The Culture Journey Experience. She has extensive training in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices.
