Women in Business

Imagine being a part of a dynamic group of women entrepreneurs who are passionately committed to creating fabulous lives, while also making a difference in the world. Each peer advisory group is comprised of up to 8 women of non-competing businesses.

Members will strategize, problem solve, and share real-life business challenges in a safe and structured environment led by a certified coach. Each month, members will give monthly updates on their goals and receive inspiration that fuels creative thinking, sparks innovative ideas, and transforms intentions into results.

Laser coaching will be provided as well as time for peer feedback, questioning, and brainstorming solutions.

This workshop, which is designed for anyone in a leadership role, will:

Research shows and it is our belief that increasing the emotional intelligence skills of leaders makes a significant impact on organizational performance. Research indicates that emotional intelligence (EQ) is more important than IQ in any role, especially leadership. The good news is that one's EQ can always grow.
