Jennifer is a dedicated servant leader with over 30 years in the U.S. Department of Defense as an electrical engineer, program manager, senior leader (DISES), and now executive coach. She brings first-hand knowledge of working in high stress, dynamic missions supporting military operations and national policy makers to her coaching practice.

Working one-to-one with leaders, she teaches them practical techniques to gain clarity on what’s important, define meaningful goals, and take action to achieve real results. Together, she creates lasting change for clients by helping them realize they have choices – opening possibilities and pathways forward under stressful situations and in dynamic environments while remaining calm, logical and focused. Jennifer completed her coach training through ACT Leadership and is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation.

Daniel Hollingshead, MBA and Executive Coach, has over 25 years of clinical and executive-level healthcare experience. Dan’s career began as a Clinical Perfusionist and his leadership experience includes Vice President of Operations for two large healthcare companies, developing through coaching highly performing teams responsible for tens of thousands of successful surgical outcomes.   Dan now runs a healthcare software company that focuses on measuring and improving the experience of patients and caregivers. 

Dan completed his leadership and performance coaching certification through ACT Leadership.  He has his private pilot’s license, is an avid tennis player, and co-teaches a course on entrepreneurship at University of Kentucky.

Brian has more than 25 years working as a leader inside multinational businesses and also as an external consultant across a range of industries: pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, technology, oil, manufacturing, telecommunications and financial services.  He has considerable experience in coaching teams to be high performing, designing and delivering leadership programs for large worldwide organizations, and helping leaders consciously shape the culture they need to successfully grow their businesses.

His many clients include: Novartis, AstraZeneca, BSH, AXA, Shell, HSBC, Groupe PSA, MSFT, Unilever, Google and Yahoo.  Brian lives in London with his wife and two young children, spending much free time together in the outdoors. He is a keen endurance runner and member of his local running club.

Samantha has more than 30 years of professional experience in diverse roles, from coaching & consulting, executive search and education to corporate functions in Human Resource, Customer Service, Marketing and Engineering.  An avid learner with a beginner’s mind, she believes in meeting her coaching clients where they are, and supporting them to flourish by tapping into their reservoirs of resources and potential as unique human beings. 

Samantha has coached both members of senior leadership and middle management from various disciplines and industries. The topics covered include emotional intelligence, people engagement, leadership presence, resilience, and managerial competencies. Samantha has experience using inputs from various profiling tools including 360 feedback, interviews, team survey and observations at meetings in approaching her coaching engagements.

Her passion is working at the deeper levels of adaptive challenge to inspire true transformation, enabling her clients to thrive in times of complexity and fast pace change.

She has designed and delivered in-house team, leadership & culture change programmes for many global organisations including: Microsoft, Bing, PSA Group, Pearson, Coty, Cisco, Viking Cruises, Facebook HSBC, Barclays, KPMG, Fiat/CNH, La Marzocco, Scottish Power, UBS, Jaguar Landrover, The Pentland Group, BSH, as well as SME, Public Sector and individuals.

Meghan lives in Buenos Aires.  She is an experienced Culture Project Manager, specializing in culture transformation projects. She is highly skilled in program development, change management, and strategic planning. She has received culture analyst and interviewer certifications from Axialent University and has played a key role in many culture transformation projects.

Meghan is dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations reach their goals and live a more fulfilled existence. She is an ontological coach, trained clinical social worker, and educator who began working in the world of management consulting over 4 years ago. Meghan has a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and Education from Widener University, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and her Ontological Coaching Certification from Newfield Network in Chile.  She coaches in both English and Spanish.

Barbara has a professional background as a business/leadership consultant and certified executive/life coach with expertise in developing and implementing innovative client programs and projects that maximize market share and overall success. She received her coach training and certification from The Co-Active Training Institute and is also certified in Conscious Business Coaching. 

Key outcomes of her coaching engagements include: building self-awareness of who you are as a leader, gaining a deep understanding of your strengths and skills, enhancing your effectiveness and emotional intelligence, managing organizational complexity, leadership range and executive presence.  Barbara was born and raised in the Netherlands. She has always had an adventurous spirit and a curiosity about the world and a passion for travel. She speaks English, Dutch and French.

Karen Boskemper is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF).  She provides executive coaching and thought partnership to organizational executives and leaders. Her coaching philosophy is to coach leaders to upgrade their “inner operating system”. Einstein said: “The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were when we created them.”  Her focus is to support leaders in a self- development process to build new competencies, navigate old habits, notice limiting narratives, make identities visible, and to let go of old frameworks that no longer serve to produce the individual’s desired results.

Karen’s background is in HR and Leadership Development working with large global companies in finance, insurance, technology, and healthcare, providing executive coaching, group/team coaching, culture change management, and HIPO development. A few of her clients include Amazon, CISCO, Dell, Microsoft, CIGNA, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, and AXA Insurance.

Kamrin passionately believes that bringing humanness to the workplace is what makes employees more engaged and efficient.  With 20+ years of experience in the consumer goods and fashion industry, she has worked at both multi-billion dollar brands, as well as smaller boutique brands.  Kamrin has worked internationally having been based in the US, Germany, Vietnam and China.  Through these experiences she deeply understands the importance of development of managers and leaders in an international, multicultural setting.

As an Executive Coach she is able to provide an unbiased “space” for individuals to share their concerns/fears/hopes/ideas.  Kamrin provides individualized support for company leaders and their teams to ensure an infusion of  “humanness and inclusion” while continuing to drive for bottom-line results borne out of the latest neuroscience of Coaching focused on how to develop sustainable change in individuals.  Kamrin is a graduate of ACT Leadership and Performance Coaching and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Adam is based in the United States and is an experienced leadership performance coach who is passionate about helping people and organizations change for the better. He earned his MBA from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business and his BA in History from Vanderbilt University.  He brings over a decade of federal government and commercial consulting experience, working with all levels of leadership across organizations.

Adam has his Associate Certified Coach certificate from the ICF, Change Management Advanced Practitioner from Georgetown University, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from University of South Florida, and Moderation and Facilitation Certificate from the RIVA Training Institute. When not coaching Adam spends his free time travelling, investing, and ultimate frisbee.

As an executive coach, Kim connects with motivated professionals who are ready to build new paths to accomplish their goals. Kim is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Studies and Economics with a Minor in History from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University. For her, it is all about the client – their agenda, their choices, their transformation.  In addition to coaching, Kim has 33 years of leadership experience in the U.S. Department of Defense. She gives back by volunteering her coaching services with Loyola University, acting as an Ambassador/Advocate for the Lupus Foundation of America, and serving as a Senior Advocate for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’s African American Employee Resource Group at work.

Vicki served with the U.S. Department of Defense for 40 years and held several key Senior Executive leadership positions. She earned her B.A. in French and Political Science from the University of Nebraska and a Russian Language Diploma from the Defense Language Institute/U.S. Army. She has her ACC credentials with the ICF and has trained through the ACT Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification Program. 

She has coached countless current and future leaders through professional and organizational challenges, helping them develop and grow to achieve individual goals and mission results. She teaches a 3-day Leader As Coach class
for DoD leaders. Vicki believes coaching is built on a trusting partnership. She aims to provide opportunities for leaders to become more self-aware, build capacity and develop their own plan for growth and success at work and in life. Clients value her experience as well as her engaging, thoughtful, respectful approach to walking beside the client. Vicki “pays it forward” by volunteering her time by volunteering her coaching services to junior leaders across the Intelligence Community.
